Cocktails (Served Hot)

Our head bartender & mixologist at the Lodge, Jill, has released her new seasonally-inspired Cocktail Menu.  Featured in the new menu are cocktails served hot which make for the perfect after dinner drinks, or simply as a way to warm-up on these cold, late-autumn nights.  Jill continues her philosophy of bringing back life & sophistication to classic cocktails & these hot drinks are no exception.

Hot Buttered Rum is equal parts classic & guilty pleasure.  For ours, Jill starts with Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum, adds in her own butter mixture made from scratch (think butter, brown sugar, nutmeg & cinnamon), it's filled with hot water and garnished with a cinnamon stick.

Jill truly pays homage to the past with our Tom & Jerry.  The Tom & Jerry mix is made in our own kitchen from scratch & to that she adds Aged Rum, Brandy, hot water & finishes with ground nutmeg.  

Our Lodge Toddy is our instant classic.  Using our own house-infused Cinnamon & Vanilla Bourbon, Jill adds in locally-made Honey, freshly squeezed Lemon juice and tops with hot water & a cinnamon stick garnish.
