Mouth-watering new menu!

It’s been a busy week at The Lodge! We rolled out our new Grill menu, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the new additions to the menu! While we kept most favorites, we’ve added new salads, sandwiches and pizzas that are sure to become new favorites. For starters, we’ve added the coconut shrimp basket that is served with a pineapple chili sauce. This is a sweeter twist on the shrimp basket that was previously on the menu and a great way to kick off your meal!

Also new to this menu are “plate” options which include Steak Pomme Frittes, Hawaiian Salmon and Fish & Chips. The Hawaiian Salmon consists of a pan seared salmon filet, glazed with a pineapple chili sauce and paired with coconut cilantro rice and sautéed veggies. Having tried this dish, I can tell you, it is sure to be a favorite! Next up we’ve got the Meatball Sub. Now this is a sandwich. Served on a hoagie roll, the Meatball Sub consists of large sundried tomato meatballs topped with a roasted tomato and sweet pepper sauce and smoked provolone cheese.

Looking for a vegetarian option? Try our Portabella & Brie sandwich. With portabella mushrooms, red peppers, brie cheese, and sundried tomatoes, topped with a basil aioli, this sandwich is not only unique, but full of flavor! Lastly, we’ve added several new pizzas, but the Fiesta pizza is definitely one worth mentioning! It’s like a taco salad in the form of a pizza! We promise this is one worth trying the next time you are in, if you are a pizza fan! All in all, we’re very pleased with the additions to this menu and we’re excited for you to come out and let us know what you think!
